Payment of 1 million hryvnia to military personnel under 25 years of age.

Military personnel or discharged personnel who signed a contract or were called up for service before the age of 25 after 2022 often face refusals to pay state-guaranteed benefits. The reasons may include lack of documents confirming participation in combat operations, discharge from service, assignment of an officer rank during service, or signing a contract during conscription. As a result, young defenders of Ukraine are left without their legal compensation of UAH 1 million. We help appeal such refusals and defend the right to payments through legal mechanisms.

Essence of the service

Our job is to accompany you at every stage of the payment process. We carefully analyse your situation, check all available documents and help you collect any missing ones. If necessary, we prepare a report and compile a package of evidence of participation in combat operations. If you have already been denied, we go to court and represent your interests so that the state pays the promised 1 million hryvnia. What you will receive

You receive 1 million hryvnia in state aid, guaranteed by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 153 dated 11 February 2025.
