We help military personnel or discharged personnel obtain combatant status and all associated rights, even if the commission has refused. To do this, we check all available documents, including certificates, extracts from orders, reports, characteristics and certificates, prepare attorney requests for consideration of the status registration report, and if necessary, file a lawsuit in court and defend your right to receive status. As a result, you will receive official recognition of your combatant status and the full range of legal benefits, payments and social guarantees provided for combatants.
Who is this service suitable for?
- Military personnel who participated in combat operations on the territory of Ukraine or abroad.
- Persons discharged from military service who have confirmation of participation in combat missions but have not yet received the status of combatant.
