Payment of sick leave to military personnel – 100,000 UAH

Military personnel who were wounded while defending their homeland and underwent inpatient treatment often face the problem of not receiving sick pay, which can amount to 100,000 hryvnia. The main reasons for refusal are the lack of medical documents, incorrect completion of the certificate of injury circumstances (form No. 5) or an incorrect cause-and-effect relationship in the conclusion of the medical commission.

Military personnel and persons discharged from military service who have served since 2022 and were injured while defending the Motherland and were receiving inpatient treatment.

What you will receive

Compensation payment of up to UAH 100,000, or
Receipt of the difference between the amounts actually paid and the maximum possible payment, proportional to the number of months spent undergoing treatment or on sick leave.
