Refund of the additional payment of 2,000 hryvnias to military pensioners

The Pension Fund has stopped paying the monthly supplement of UAH 2,000, introduced in 2021 for pensioners who retired before 1 March 2018. However, the courts have confirmed that this supplement must be paid to all military pensioners, regardless of indexation or recalculations.

Essence of the service

We help you get back the monthly supplement of 2,000 UAH provided for by CMU Resolution No. 713, even after a court-ordered pension recalculation.

Who is this service suitable for?

military pensioners or pensioners who were assigned a pension until March 1, 2018 under Law of the Republic of Lithuania No. 2262 and who, after a court decision, stopped paying the supplement of UAH 2,000.

What you will receive

+2,000 UAH to your pension every month;
an additional 24,000 UAH per year.
