Essence of the service
We help military personnel, persons equivalent to military personnel, and police officers with combatant status to obtain compensation for unused days of annual additional leave. To do this, we prepare an application or a lawyer’s request, obtain an official refusal, and, if necessary, file a lawsuit. As a result, you receive legal compensation for all unused vacation days.
Who is this service suitable for?
- Military personnel, police officers and persons equated to them who have the status of UBD, dismissed from service, who were not paid compensation for unused days of additional annual leave provided for by the UBD status.
What you will receive
- Monetary compensation for 14 calendar days of additional leave, calculated in proportion to the amount of monetary allowance. For example, with a monetary allowance of UAH 30,000, the amount of compensation will be approximately UAH 14,000 per year.
- Restoration of the right to payment guaranteed by the state to persons with the status of combatant.
