Payment of combat allowances of up to UAH 100,000 to military personnel

Since 2022, military personnel have been guaranteed payments of up to 100,000 hryvnia per month for direct participation in combat operations. But in practice, many defenders have not received this money. The most common reasons are: lack of documentary evidence, references to ‘lack of funding’ or unlawful refusals by military units. As a result, military personnel are left without the funds to which they are entitled by law.

Military personnel or discharged personnel who have served since 2022, were in a combat zone and did not receive proper payments.
