Essence of service
We provide pension recalculation for military pensioners and pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs management staff — we obtain a certificate of financial support, submit an application to the Pension Fund and, if necessary, represent interests in court.
Who is this service suitable for?
- military pensioners and pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who are entitled to a pension under Law No. 2262;
- persons who held senior positions: Commander-in-Chief, Chief of the General Staff, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Head of the State Border Guard Service, Commander of the National Guard, Head of the State Emergency Service, heads of intelligence agencies and their deputies;
- pensioners whose pensions have not been recalculated in accordance with the new resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine after 1 January 2022.
What you will receive
- recalculation of pensions from 1 February 2022, taking into account current monetary allowances;
- several-fold increase in pensions (monetary allowances for management personnel amount to 70,000–100,000 UAH and above).
