We help to increase military pensions through allowances, additional payments, and recalculation based on the minimum subsistence level.
Recalculation of monetary allowance based on the minimum subsistence level for military personnel
Today, most military personnel and those who were discharged after 2020 receive monetary compensation calculated based on the 2018 minimum subsistence level. As a result, you lose between 20% and 70% of your real income every month. If you have already been discharged, your one-time cash assistance and even your future pension were also underestimated. Our task is to ensure that you receive all the payments that you are legally entitled to.
Essence of the service
We are conducting a judicial recalculation of monetary support based on the current minimum subsistence level (from 2020 to the present).
This enables:
increase the monthly amount of monetary support;
return compensation for past years of service;
recalculate the one-time monetary assistance upon dismissal;
prepare new documents for further recalculation of military pensions.
Compensation for previous years: on average, over UAH 233,000 for 2020–2025.
Additional payments to one-time monetary assistance upon dismissal (from UAH 10,000 to UAH 50,000 and more, depending on the year).
Pension increase of 5–34% depending on the date of dismissal.
Protection against ‘underestimated’ certificates and payments: we sue for the correct amounts in accordance with the law.
Indexation of monetary allowances from 01.01.2016 to 28.02.2018 for military personnel
Many military personnel and persons of equivalent status face the problem of underpaid indexation of monetary allowances for the period from 1 January 2016 to 28 February 2018. Often, indexation was not carried out at all, the amount accrued was equal to 0 UAH, or the calculation was made from the wrong base month. This leads to the loss of a significant part of legal payments. We defend your rights so that you receive everything you are entitled to.
Essence of the service
We check the correctness of the indexation, prepare legal requests, and, if necessary, file a lawsuit in court to defend your rights and ensure legal compensation.
Who is this service suitable for?
Military personnel and persons equated to them who have served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2016.
What you will receive
Payments of up to 86,000 UAH and more, depending on the period of service.
Payment of sick leave to military personnel – 100,000 UAH
Military personnel who were wounded while defending their homeland and underwent inpatient treatment often face the problem of not receiving sick pay, which can amount to 100,000 hryvnia. The main reasons for refusal are the lack of medical documents, incorrect completion of the certificate of injury circumstances (form No. 5) or an incorrect cause-and-effect relationship in the conclusion of the medical commission.
Essence of the service
We help military personnel receive full sick leave payments, which can reach up to UAH 100,000. To do this, we check that all the necessary documents are in place, ensure that a lawyer’s request is submitted to the military unit and that an official refusal is obtained. If necessary, we file a lawsuit and represent your interests in the proceedings to ensure legal payment for the period of treatment and leave due to injury.
Who is this service suitable for?
Military personnel and persons discharged from military service who have served since 2022 and were injured while defending the Motherland and were receiving inpatient treatment.

Requests for appropriate payments for military personnel
Many military personnel and those discharged from service face the fact that their applications for payments are not considered, which leads to delays and non-payment of legitimate amounts.
Essence of the service
We prepare and submit lawyer’s requests regarding payments and review documents at the military unit in order to speed up or initiate the process of reviewing applications and assigning payments. If pre-trial settlement is unsuccessful, we prepare a lawsuit to defend your rights and ensure proper payments.
Who is this service suitable for?

This deprives them of their legal benefits, payments, and sense of justice. We defend your rights so that you receive everything you are entitled to.

Relatives of deceased or declared dead military personnel often face refusals to pay the appropriate state assistance. Reasons for refusal include incomplete documentation, lack of confirmation of combat circumstances of death, doubts about family ties, or missed application deadlines. This deprives families of significant funds that are their legal right.

Payment of 1 million hryvnia to military personnel under 25 years of age.
Military personnel or discharged personnel who signed a contract or were called up for service before the age of 25 after 2022 often face refusals to pay state-guaranteed benefits. The reasons may include the lack of documents confirming participation in combat operations, discharge from service, assignment of an officer rank during service, or signing a contract during conscription. As a result, young defenders of Ukraine are left without their legal compensation of UAH 1 million. We help appeal such refusals and defend the right to payments through legal mechanisms.
Essence of the service
Our job is to accompany you at every stage of the payment process. We carefully analyse your situation, check all available documents and help you collect any missing ones.
