Recalculation of military pensions based on the current subsistence minimum
Today, most military personnel and those who were discharged after 2020 receive monetary compensation calculated based on the 2018 minimum subsistence level. As a result, you lose between 20% and 70% of your real income every month. If you have already been discharged, your one-time cash assistance and even your future pension were also underestimated. Our task is to ensure that you receive all the payments that you are legally entitled to.
Essence of the service
We are conducting a judicial recalculation of monetary support based on the current minimum subsistence level (from 2020 to the present).
This allows:
increase the monthly amount of monetary support;
return compensation for past years of service;
recalculate the one-time monetary assistance upon dismissal;
prepare new documents for further recalculation of military pensions.
Removal of restrictions on the maximum amount of military pensions
In 2026, a limit on the maximum pension size was again introduced for military pensioners by Resolution No. 1778 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which repeats the approach of Resolution No. 1 of 2025. The restrictions apply to pensions exceeding 10 subsistence minimums. If your pension exceeds UAH 25,950, it is “cut” according to reducing coefficients — even according to court decisions on your amount. The ruling only applies to those who are suing or already have a decision in their favor.

Refund of the additional payment of 2,000 hryvnias to military pensioners
The Pension Fund has stopped paying the monthly supplement of UAH 2,000, introduced in 2021 for pensioners who retired before 1 March 2018. However, the courts have confirmed that this supplement must be paid to all military pensioners, regardless of indexation or recalculations.

pensioners whose pensions have not been recalculated in accordance with the new resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine after 1 January 2022.

recalculation of pensions from 1 February 2022, taking into account current monetary allowances;
several-fold increase in pensions (monetary allowances for management personnel amount to 70,000–100,000 UAH and above).
Pensions for the loss of a breadwinner are often calculated incorrectly: allowances and bonuses are not taken into account, or an outdated minimum subsistence level is applied. As a result, you receive less than what is stipulated by law.

Many military personnel, both active and discharged, have not received the proper equipment—uniforms, gear, and other items required by service regulations. Military units often refuse to provide compensation, citing the absence of records of unissued or lost property, incorrect documentation, or lack of funding. As a result, expenses for property have to be covered at their own expense.
